OUR IMPACT 

Over the past two years, Wellbeing Workshop Devon CIC has successfully delivered a range of impactful community and grant-funded workshop series, both online and in-person, aimed at empowering individuals within the UK community to manage and maintain their own wellbeing. As well as being delivered within businesses, schools, colleges and universities. Our programs have positively impacted the lives of a diverse range of participants, including adults, teenagers, and children, across various sectors. With our extensive reach and impactful workshops, we have made significant contributions to enhancing wellbeing knowledge and skills, building personal toolkits, and fostering healthier lifestyles.

Through comprehensive workshops on topics such as cost of living, stress management, healthy living, emotional intelligence, happiness, managing emotions, rewiring the brain, developing healthy habits, depression, anxiety, identity, managing one’s own wellbeing, and physical wellbeing, we have equipped individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead healthier and happier lives.

Key Impact Achievements: 

  • Participant Satisfaction: An overwhelming 95% of participants across all workshop series indicated an increase in their knowledge and understanding of their own wellbeing and their wellbeing management. Moreover, 99% of participants expressed their willingness to recommend our workshops to others, underscoring their high satisfaction levels and the impact of our workshop series.
  • Measurable Impact: Participants in our workshops demonstrated an average increase of 14 points in their Well-being Measure for Adults and Adolescents (WEMWBS) score. This demonstrates the impact of our programs and workshops on individuals’ overall wellbeing.
  • Community and Grant-Funded Workshops: Through our community engagement efforts, we have delivered 10 online workshop series to over 400 adult members of the UK community, and 12 in-person workshop series for adults. These initiatives were made possible through grant funding, enabling us to reach and positively impact a broad range of individuals.
  • Teenage Empowerment: In addition to community and grant-funded work, we have successfully delivered 8 workshop series to National Citizen Service (NCS) participants, impacting the lives of over 150 teenagers. These workshops provided invaluable knowledge and skills to empower young individuals in managing their wellbeing effectively.
  • Comprehensive and Adaptable Workshop Topics: Wellbeing Workshop Devon CIC has demonstrated its ability to be flexible and responsive to the evolving needs of UK communities by delivering workshops on a wide range of topics. Our carefully chosen workshop topics encompass vital areas such as the cost of living, stress management, healthy living, emotional intelligence, happiness, managing emotions, rewiring the brain, developing healthy habits, depression, anxiety, identity, managing one’s own wellbeing, and physical wellbeing. These topics have been thoughtfully selected for their relevance, impact and importance in empowering individuals to navigate various aspects of their wellbeing. We recognise that the wellbeing landscape is dynamic, and our adaptability allows us to address emerging challenges and cater to the specific needs of the communities we serve.

Our Next Steps
