Physical Wellbeing Workshops

Our physical health and wellbeing workshops have been designed to teach individuals the skills, knowledge and understanding needed to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle.

The workshops can be broken down into 4 categories. We recommenced that you choose one topic per workshop or unit of work. This enables the participants to develop a deeper understanding and embed healthy habits into their lifestyle.

The four physical wellbeing workshop topics:

  • Healthy eating
  • Physical activity
  • Mindfulness and meditation
